This session invites us to return to the breath as our anchor — lengthening inhales and exhales until movement becomes a natural extension of breathing itself.
Starting with seated awareness, the practice unfolds into a gentle, mindful flow: twists, cat-cow, downward dog, lunges, and folds, each woven carefully with breath. The emphasis is not on pace or perfection, but on listening to your own rhythm — pausing when needed, allowing the breath to guide and soften each transition.
We close in stillness, noticing the subtle pulsation of the body — the quiet dance of expansion and release. Breath becomes both movement and meditation, a reminder of balance within and around us.
