CLICK + COLLECT:
WE-AR offers a Click and Collect service for ordering online, available to all our customers in Auckland and Waiheke Island, New Zealand. Enjoy the convenience of ordering online and collecting your garments from your nearest store when it suits you. Simply select CLICK + COLLECT and your store preference on checkout.
We will email you when your order is in store, which will be within 24 hours of placing it, excluding weekends. Please bring your order confirmation with you for collection.
New Zealand: Tracked courier service $8.00 (target delivery 1-3 working days)
Australia: Un-tracked International Air $10.00 (target delivery 3-6 working days)
Rest of World: Un-tracked International Air $20.00 (target delivery 3-10 working days)
International Air has a 3–10 day delivery target to over 220 destinations including PO boxes and rural areas worldwide. Please be aware that this is an untracked service and is insured for a maximum of NZ $250 only. For a fully tracked international service please select the Courier option at checkout.
Please note that yoga mats may incur higher shipping charges due to weight and size.
New Zealand: Overnight shipping courier $15.00*
Australia: International economy courier $28.00 (target delivery 2-3 working days)
Rest of World: International economy courier $48.00 (target delivery 2-6 working days)
WE-AR shipping out the WE-AR love on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays in New Zealand.
Once your order has been received, it will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days. You will be sent an email as soon as your order has been dispatched. *Please note, during sale periods and statutory holidays, your purchase may be subject to a delay. Please allow a minimum of 2 working days for processing and dispatch.
* Overnight shipping is only available for orders received before 12noon NZ time.
Possible delays and/or extra duties or taxes: All international orders please note, once your order has left New Zealand it may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please check with your local customs office in regards to any duties or taxes you may need to pay upon delivery. WE'AR are not liable for any import related charges once the order has left New Zealand.

FULL PRICE ITEMS: All full price items purchased online can be returned. We can either give you a full refund or exchange the item for another style, size or colour that you may prefer. We can also give you online credit that is valid for 6 months. Items returned for refund/exchange must be in unworn, unwashed, original condition and suitable for re-sale and may incur return shipping fees.
SALE/OUTLET ITEMS: All sale & outlet purchases are final and not eligible for refunds. We will happily exchange for a different size or style (no credit notes issued). Items returned for exchange must be in unworn, unwashed, original condition and suitable for re-sale and will incur return shipping fees.
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order (NZ customers) or 30 days of receipt of your order (international customers). Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and original packaging attached and must include proof of purchase. Items must not be worn, altered or laundered.
APPROVAL: All returns must be approved by WE-AR, so please make contact with our online team before posting anything to us. Unapproved items returned without prior notification are not the responsibility of WE-AR. Items received for return will be carefully inspected before any refund, credit or exchange is given.
EXCEPTIONS: Please note, there will be no returns accepted on underwear, swimwear or jewellery. Please contact us if you have any questions before you buy.
FAULTY ITEMS: In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, we will choose to replace and ship it to you at our cost (subject to availability), have the garment repaired at our cost, or we will issue a full refund.
CONCEPT STORE / OTHER RETAILER: If you wish to return an item purchased from a WE’AR concept store and are no longer able to do so in person, please contact our online team to arrange this via our distribution centre. We do not offer refunds on items bought in concept store, but we will be able to offer you a credit note or exchange. Items must be returned to us within 14 days. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and original packaging attached and must include proof of purchase. Items must not be worn, altered or laundered.
If you wish to return a WE-AR item that was purchased from an independent retailer (other than WE-AR), please arrange this directly with the retailer you purchased from.
