Pranic Lift in Asana

This session is an exploration of how yoga asana becomes more than shape — it’s about feeling the dialogue between body, breath, and earth.

We begin by rooting down through the feet and pelvis, noticing how the earth supports us as we rise. From here, standing postures unfold — forward folds, lunges, balances — each guided with care to balance effort and ease. The practice invites you to press into the ground to find lift, while softening into gravity at the same time.

Wobbling, shifting, and subtle adjustments are welcomed as part of the process, like trees swaying with the wind. Through this dance with gravity, the body discovers resilience, presence, and inner alignment.

The session closes with reflection, allowing space to notice how even the smallest shifts — weight through the feet, release in the joints, steadiness in the breath — ripple into a deeper sense of balance and connection.
