This session explores naval radiation—a movement pattern that begins from the belly as the body’s epicenter and radiates outward through every limb. Rather than moving from isolated parts, the practice centres the naval as the hub of strength, connection, and flow.

Starting with breath and awareness at the naval, practitioners expand into postures like downward dog, chair, and triangle. Each shape is guided by a dynamic line of energy stretching from the naval to crown and tailbone, creating elasticity and balance. Twists, balances, and eagle-inspired wraps deepen coordination, while wobbling is welcomed as part of finding adaptability and presence.


The practice concludes with seated twists and a visualization of warm light radiating from the naval centre —offering grounding, and a sense of wholeness that can be carried into daily life.
