Hold the tape loosely when you measure your bust and make sure you can wriggle your shoulders freely with the tape in place. For the waist, we recommend looping it around and then moving it up and down to find the narrowest part. Draw the tape firm here and take the measure. Do the same for the hips, but here we find the widest part.
