FULL PRICE ITEMS: All full price items purchased online can be returned. We can either give you a full refund or exchange the item for another style, size or colour that you may prefer. We can also give you online credit that is valid for 6 months. Items returned for refund/exchange must be in unworn, unwashed, original condition and suitable for re-sale and may incur return shipping fees.
SALE/OUTLET ITEMS: All sale & outlet purchases are final and not eligible for refunds. We will happily exchange for a different size or style (no credit notes issued). Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order (NZ customers) or 30 days of receipt of your order (international customers). Hold the tape loosely when you measure your bust and make sure you can wriggle your shoulders freely with the tape in place. For the waist, we recommend looping it around and then moving it up and down to find the narrowest part. Draw the tape firm here and take the measure. Do the same for the hips, but here we find the widest part.
